Hi all,
I'm a huge follower of all things Makina, I just happened to be searching for records to buy on Juno.co.uk and what do I see? Makina tunes are making a comeback! Caelum tune 'this sound' is fantastic! Love the Makina! This music is just wicked to pump the sound out of your car speaker systems!!

What do you need in a tune for it to be classed as 'Makina'?

Bit Music has released Makina for ages man. And I'm pretty sure DJ Panda and Atreyu AREN't Makina (alot of trance music that was faster in the late 1990's where mixed with makina alot). But most of the newre makina is gash tho. Take for example the stuff you find on imodownload. Most of it sounds the same :/

I don't know how many times i've heard people talking about makina on this site and i still havn't bothered my ass listening to some of it 
Must have to check it out to see what its like

no... makina could be called an extension of dutch happy hardcore
some spanish gabber/frenchcore is nice.
