I've been trying to ID this track for the better part of the last decade. This sample was taken from a set that Vinylgroover spun in Toronto Canada either late 1999 or very early 2000 called
ATM ( About the Music) Hyperspace . I have reason to believe that Vinylgroover produced it ( probably with good old Trixxy as per usual) as it has the Technophobic feel . Anyway, please help me if you can but it will be a difficult Id as there are no lyrics

For the sake of anyone else reading, it's G.A.K. - The Hymn. http://www.discogs.com/GAK-The-Hymn/release/365387. It's a Spanish (Makina) tune, and the reason it sounds like VG's stuff is because this kind of thing is where VG would have got the influence from to make stuff that sounds like this.
