Demo is good as is Kaoz at the minute. There are so many that i think we will end up agreeing to disagree.

Hi guys and gals. Been watching the site for a while but not joined in until now ...the magazine article that was mentioned earlier could not be more wrong!
..."over-rated, over achievers, lack interest in the music they helped create and are only in it for the money"
Total Crap! I'd like to know who wrote it, and on what info they based it on!
I've know these guys for years, back to when Darren and I were "bedroom-DJ's", saving our hard earned cash to blow in 5 minutes at World Class Records, Colchester on a Saturday Morning! (shout to Choci & Benny!) ...regulars at Oscars, Clacton Pier (Cheers Christian/Lee!), Raven and M'Warp! <<...lump in my throat!>>
Seriously, you've never seen 2 guys work so hard at what they love and do best, fine tuning everything until they are happy to be associated with it. As for just doing it for the money, that's simply laughable! -Take, for instance, the P.A's they did at Tiffany's, GT Yarmouth (...Shine down on me!) -DJ Force and the Evolution back then ...such wicked, lively events! -we used to drive there in a few cars, unload the keyboards, set up, and beleive me... after all the expenses (Dancers,M.C's,Petrol,Costumes etc.) they'd be lucky to get change!
Yeah, they've been slagged off in the past but ask ourselves who by? ...Remember the reaction of the crowd during their set? ...Slag them off by anymeans but nobody could seriously say they were doing wrong ...as the Ravers themselves demonstrated.
Miss those days! ...LETS DO SOMETHING TO GET THE PARTYS BACK!!!
All I'll say for now is, if you're a Force and Styles fan... be patient -keep your ear to the ground (as they "may" be in disguise ;) )and get ready for some "SERIOUS" choons ...things get F****** better with age!
Gerha.

Yeah I heard that their working with a new femaile singer and have some choons on the way.
I love there music, but have only seem them live once and that was an oldskool set. Was kinda hoping for P&D PGE HoG etc.
I've got every major choon theve done, and must say that most are a bit DJ un-friendly.

I love f&s. I also love brisk, fade, ham and the new DNA stuff.
But yeah, VERY dj UNfriendly but otherwise awesome tracks. I think Paradise & Dreams is one of the best tracks i've ever heard!

I think Force & Styles are really good. But they seem to play the same songs over and over, where as others such as Hixxy and Brisk have progressed.

I'm getting old now (24!) but to me, Force and Styles means as much, if not more to me than what Elvis, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Eminem etc. mean to others. They simply are/were the dog's danglies. Just think how different the scene would be if they never released Heart of Gold or any of their other tracks !!!!! The vast majority of their work is absolutely stunning and well realised. I doubt anybody else would have created anything that comes close to the "OH MY GOD" factor of Heart of Gold when that came out. Thank these guys for coming up with the tunes that they did, because each time I heard a new F&S tune for the first time I instantly thought "I wish I made this". Their style was recognisable and unique, and whenever the DJ was bringing a F&S tune into the mix, we all heard it coming and we were already smiling! I recently DJ'ed at a house party, and fair enough there was loads of House and Garage and other crap as per always, so when I got up to mix, I thought I'd play some hardcore which kinda got a 50/50 split reaction. But when I played Pacific Sun, EVERYBODY came into the room, onto the dancefloor and just went for it - loads of people were singing, and it even brought one girly to tears!! It was a real goose-bump moment, and that's never happened to me before when playing out. Ever. Kudos to Paul and Darren. Respect.
