Ebay i expect! Anyway that looks like a great mix, very very different to what you would find in America or England (in a good way). DJ Energy* - The Hardcore Fever Remixes (Jhal's Remix), absolutely brilliant tune and it never gets played, so this is good to see.

I think the name is messed up because there is Japanese characters in there that don't show up. How much is pricey?

50 dollars for a mix? pirate i say PIRATE.
Copy it or feel robbed, its up to you. None of them original artists will feel their pocket getting any larger than the guy selling it

Well, it does have the right tracklist, year etc. otherwise I wouldn't have trusted it. Looking at the seller's feedback, some of the items people received and left positives for didn't have pictures either.

he has the item listed as "acceptable" at that price?
that means they could have some serious scratches on them.

I would just go with the $20 used priced off Amazon. If you want the material format that bad.

It is pretty cheap, but I've bought brand new 2- or 3-disc compilations for that price or less off eBay. Everything looks great and plays perfectly.
Also:
"Acceptable
DVD, CD, game disc, or game cartridge can be lightly scratched or scuffed
- Media item must work without the need of repair or resurfacing
- Skipping CDs, DVDs, and game discs can't be sold"
from here - not the main eBay site, yes, but an eBay company, so I'm guessing (though definitely not certain) that the policies are the same or very similar. Therefore, you might be able to get your money back if it didn't work (and if $22 is that important to you).
Obviously you shouldn't always trust that the seller marked it correctly, but they do have 99.4% positive feedback, which seems pretty impressive with over a million ratings :]
Not that I've ever bought from this particular seller. It's up to you whether you want it enough to try - I guess I'm just naturally inclined to trust the seller.
