I know of Happy 2b Hardcore, Bonkers, and Happy Hardcore (the one with the devils on the cover), what other ones are there? Is there a list on the internets or anything where I can find tons of comps? I know there's a search option on this site but I'm just looking for a list...thanks.

Welcome to the forums!
The ones you mentioned are some of the tops ones. There have also been Hardcore Heaven back in the 90s with a revival in 05/06. Also the German Happy Rave series from the 90s again with more German, Dutch & Scottish Hardcore.
There are countless compilations from the 90s and some of the more rare ones are the best  Also look out for some 'Old Skool' compilations which have alot of 90s tunes on them!
