Could be either VG's version or Trixxy's version, neither of which are particulaly common especially in America so it's probably just some other Dutch version.

And tbh that sounds chipmunk enough for me. The vocals in Happy Hardcore tracks are so highly pitched, and the people who listen to it are so used to it, that they don't even notice how weird it sounds

No, it wasnt the one in that video. Slipmatt use to play the version I am thinking about because I got it in a mix by him from Hullabaloo.

That will be the one Trixxy did. It was on Absolute Hardcore 3 and 2000 but otherwise not released.
