Probably Joshka - Cascading Emotions 2008 (the title is ironic I guess... but it first appeared on HU3).
However I have to say I love Michael Mansion and he hasn't put out a bad track, which is crazy.

YES, that track has been driving me insane, and I cant count the times I just pressed repeat, mostly for the build up before the first breakdown with the fantastic lead. The middle part with synthetic piano is very nice too.
...but it's not my favorite track from 2009. That would have to be a tie between:

Michael Mansion is off the fcuking scale. Ordinary Wayz and 2 Best Friendz (both up on YouTube) are quite literally unbelievable. I'm pretty sure they're unreleased though, which is GUTTING.
Anyhow. My favourite track of 2009. Mmm.
It hasn't been released (please correct me if I'm wrong and I'll go and buy it instantly) but I absolutely love this tune: Hotchkiss & Infinty - Last Goodbye
My favourite release of the year though, has to be: Falling For You - Bubble & SHM ft. Karly Ratclifee. I'm not going to bang on about how good it is, just listen for yourself if you haven't heard it:

I know I may be biased but the below track is exactly why I started a record label, to release material like this....it is still my favourite hardcore track of the year and I still listen to it loads....

Not heard this remix before. The original to this track is my all time favourite tune, I absolutely love it, more than I could ever put in to words. Although this mix is probably one of the better remixes I've heard, it still doesn't do the original justice. I think it's probably cos the lyrics are so speeded up, plus the first few bars of that link you posted sounds like it played on one of these (I used to get virtually the same effect from it)
My favoourite track from 2009 has to be Feeling High, without question

I recon that was probably intentional, give it that old school sound.
As for my favourites, search for the thread of exactly the same content think made by Mortis, my favs are in there.
