its pretty good, not really liking to vocal snippit in it though, perhaps hire a darth vader sound-alike to do it?
and it sounds as though its missing somthing ..drive wise
i think it needs a daga-dahdaga-dahdaga-dahdaga-dah closedhiopenhat over the top to make it roll a little more
good stuff though :)

Don't know if it's my new monitors but the main synth seems a lot louder than the rest of the track. It overpowers everything.

Cheers guys. Yeah I'm not really sure on the vocal bit. I done my best but I'm useless at making interesting voices. Perhaps I'll try and find someone else who will have a go for me.
I'll take a look at the hi hats, see if they could have more drive. Nice one.
Main lead isn't overpowering on any of the systems I've listened on but I will take another listen when I get in just in case. :) Cheers.

It could be these monitors or the myspace player I guess.
I got some Behringer MS16's today (cheap but better than my old PC speakers) I'm not totally sure about the sound quality yet. They've been fine so far on all the tracks I've run through them, Sparky, Al Storm etc.
My tracks sound terrible which is to be expected.

Never heard a pair of them before. I'm sure they're doing you much more nicely than the PC speakers though. :)
Perhaps it's the myspace sample then. I didn't listen back to it when I uploaded it last night.
If you're up for giving it a listen I'll send you a higher quality clip and see if that sounds fine. It was engineered in Hattrixx's studio and I've since listened in mine and on my car system and everything sounds good mix wise. I had spent a long time listening on the day though so maybe my ears had got used to the levels.

I'd appreciate it if you send over a proper clip. Just been playing around in Studio One with a basic perc and 3x layered bass. Everything seems to be cutting through nicely. Just going to run a small clip through T-Racks to see what things sound like mastering wise

Wicked stuff man. looking forward to hearing some of your new stuff you've done with your monitors in place. 8)
I'll send a proper clip when I get home man. It is an intentionally over compressed DJ master but should all be sound mix-wise I'm hoping. :P

It all sounds professional to me and I like the vocals but you already know what else I reckon they need.
Love the Bassline and the general idea of the track. Bloomin' marvleous. :-)

I like the track! There's something about the melody that reminds me of 90s dance music, which I grew up with :)
The production is good, and it looks like you may have a future in speedcore!
