Are the lyrics...
"Bye Bye Soultown?" or "Bye Bye Summertime".
I know on the Brisk & Vagabond version, it is saying "Goodbye Summertime".

I think the vocals are sampled.. Summertime i think it is.. With a distinctive accent.

pretty sures its "bye bye summertime, you wont see me around..etc etc"
its as a result of timestretching the vocals that it sounds odd

Both, it says buy buy summertime first, then it says goodbuy summertime.

Brisk & Trixxy - Eye-Opener / Goodbye Summertime
was one of the last HappyHardcore Vinyls i bought (stopped/retired soon after)
i only bough it for "Goodbye Summertime" everyone raved about "Eye-Opener" but i hated it
and thought Goodbye Summertime was a much better track imo
Still listen/play it now and again today...exellent tune
