well ive been here for about 8 months, and been lurking for longer..
but i think the site needs some new gfx, i know we only have 1 programmer, and i dont think we even have a gfx person, well this is why i bring this up......
let say i make a new top nav bar, and code it and make new gfx for it, and everyone likes it and would silver use it?
or
if i make some smiley's would silver/community use it?
or
if i made some banners to promote the site, would members use them?
i ask all this, cuz i love this site, i would like to see it get bigger and badder, and i wouldnt want to waste alot of time on something no one would use...
so if anyone could answer me, i might start some of this....that of course silver approves
btw im pretty good at gfx and websites, i got to shake the rust off, so i can get ready for collage
so silver, mods, and people answer me lol
one last thing, silver if you dont want me to do any of this, just tell me it wont hurt my feelings, just trying to help this awesome site

I think the more the members/community get involved the better - its how sites get better/bigger!

i dont know if we really need a new menu...
though "Equipment" needs to be dropped off it as its never going to happen, even though i have offered! :P its been "coming soon" for absolute years now

Hehe, laughed a lot when we got the new profiles and it had the text "Coming soon" ('mood' and 'status' at least) in few places :D

Yes we don't have a graphic person, the only programmer is me by the way... so even though we have 1 programmer as I am stretched very thin... so we sort of have half a programmer :) We have a goto flash guy (Triquatra) but our requirement for flash is not alot, just banners and small things, mainly graphic related.
You're welcome too do graphics but like you said if we and the members don't like it then that we can't use it, do you have samples of websites you have done in the past?

well i dont really have any samples, im throwing a sample nav bar, but i can do some html and php (with the help of dreamwever)

if it wherent for the script languange being asp, I could help around here :P
but since Im quite new with PHP, I prop cant say I'm one whole programmer either :P
Personally, I'm no good with graphics, but then I prefer simplicity over complexity (now get that tools bar AWAY!! :P)

i like the look that we have... though some sheeq-ness would be nice..
