YO. Who know's the correct name for the style of hardcore during the 2002-2004 years??
I reckon it's trancey hardcore. Listen to some tunes in order of year and you'll hear the difference. when you know let me know because I'm Collecting CD's & Tunes from those years.

i think its freeform.. though some like to call it trancecore..
some refer to it even as new skool.

Also didn't Trancecore evolve into Freeform?
If i'm understanding you correctly your talking about the earlier days of UK Hardcore. Basically when Hardcore returned. It was definitely more Trancey sounding back then than it is today.
If i'm not right then you must be talking about Trancecore / Freeform. I can't think what else you could mean.

Sorry i wasn't meaning to sound nasty about it.
Anyway the style of Hardcore on that album is UK Hardcore (The earlier days though) Although still UK Hardcore now, it's changed since back then.
