PLUR isn't all about group hugs and wearing candy. It's simple things like
- If someone stands on your feet/hits your by mistake, they'll say sorry
- Making sure people get home OK, esp if they've had too much to drink/wasted etc
- Losing the macho attitude and just enjoying the night (and making sure others do too)
...
It's basically just being a decent human being, sadly something which people forget how to do all-too-often. Try it, it feels good :)

HEY EVERYBODY
I JUST HAD TO POST ON THIS TOPIC, BECAUSE IT IS TOO FUNNY, I STARTED GOING TO PARTIES IN 1999, AND THIS TOPIC WAS AROUND THEN...LOL...SERIOUSLY, ITS CALLED GROWING UP AND BEING A JADED PARTY KID, BECAUSE YOU THINK ALL THE "NEWBIES" ARE INFRINGING ON YOUR "SCENE" THAT YOU THINK STARTED WHEN YOU FIRST WENT TO PARTIES, SERIOUSLY, PEOPLE WERE SAYING THE SAME THING YOU ARE SAYING 10 YEARS AGO, AND IM SURE PEOPLE WERE SAYING THAT 10 YEARS BEFORE THAT.LOL ITS JUST TOO FUNNY, IM SURE YOU ALSO SAY, "THE SCENE ISNT WHAT IT USED TO BE" "REMEMBER WHEN" LOL....ITS JUST CALLED GROWING UP, NOTHING LASTS FOREVER....SOON YOULL BE 30 TRYING TO REMEMBER WHAT PARTIES YOU EVEN WENT TO, BUT YOU CANT BECAUSE YOU WERE TOO MESSED UP, LOL THATS WHAT FLYERS ARE FOR...MEMORIES...LOL

oh my god! its like you went into my head and read my thoughts! cuz thats EXACTLY what i talk about. MY 'scene' which i own, used to be SO GOOD and now its CRAP its all just a bunch of little kids...i go to parties BY MY SELF because all my other friends have stoped raving. also i know toronto's scene is very much like california's so i know you know what your alking about. man back in the 80's im SURE RAVERS were saying the same thing!
...its not like im trying to better the scene...im just chirping because to be an ass. i forgot i used to run around screeming plur but now that im the ripw old age of 21 im just bitter.

dont confuse what im talking about with yourself. dont be mad because you feel that way. the scene im involved in is better than ever (scince ive gotten into it) getting better by the party, and is full of awsome people who agree with everything ive said. and i remember most everything from every party ive been to because i wasnt a little ****ed up e-tard.
if jaded is being more into the music and the scene then ever before-getting regular bookings and throwing events with 2 companies, then i am jaded as ****.
but i guess im full of shit because your SURE of what i say right? i must be an idiot who thinks hhc and raves were invented by darren styles and hixxy in 2004...
