Scott Brown has done a version of this track you may be referring to. It's simply known as "Fly With You" or "Fly With You 2005". The 2005 version was featured on Bonkers 14: Hardcore Strikes Back CD1 - Hixxy's Mix. The original "Fly With You" can be found on many albums, including Hardcore Flashback III.
