It's by DJ TC but there's remixes by S3RL and Bounce
Not sure if it's released on vinyl though, only seen the mp3

it got released on vinyl, it's on executive records.

there are a few different remixes around, but to answer your question, yes it is on vinyl.

i'll sell you mine if you can't find it.

the version on executive records says it's by TC and NexLevel, but the version i downloaded from IMO says the artist is Cynix.

who knows...

a record i own says TC and NexLevel, and i'm sure it was released before the cynix one was .

The vocal is from a royalty free sample pack so there are quite a few Hardcore mixes and none could really be called the original.
