Sounds like a re-con or squad-e remix of a cover of an 90's dance track.

Well with my plentiful donk knowledge im saying Lee S - Open Your Heart (Hypersonic aka Squad-E Mix)

Could be wrong but that's all that springs to mind. Ive only heard a donk version though but as with most of Squad-E's donk tunes could just have been time-stretched.

Dont think it is released, might be on digital somewhere or in the raver baby release black hole.
