ran into on juno doin a search on hardcore titles and i remember it being mentioned on here with the tracklisting. it also came with the DVD but there was no confirmation on what exactly was on that DVD (possibly actual hardcore music videos because i know helix "get it right" is on there and it was made into a video).
it didn't seem to catch some interest as i don't think anybody started a topic on it. so if anyone owns it and could tell me if it's worth purchasing, please let me know thanx!

hahaha, the dvd that comes with it, is the video for
"most uplifting vocal anthems"
which i have on VHS...
they arent music videos as such, so much as just clips of events/people dancing, with the music dubbed over the top
...the video, which looks as though its been transfered onto dvd is from 1996
if you buy it, dont expect wonders..
i can put some clips on youtube for you if you like so you can have an idea - but i dont think i can legally put up the entire thing as you can still buy it!
http://www.discogs.com/release/251100 you'll notice that tracks 2.1 onwards are the VHS tracks, and they are the same, and the same order as whats on that dvd.....
good find though, i didnt even know about that album - im gonna buy it now, just to say i have it, and i want to see what the quality is like on the dvd version - i dubbed my VHS to DVD, it cant be any better quality than VHS...
*edit* funny, its released by the same parent company Stage One, the original was release on their sub label "safe and sound", this one is released under a new sublabel...Sight and Sound..

ok in trying to research more on this, i ran into a website that had the whole album on download for free! only thing is it mixed it up with other hardcore so it wouldn't look obvious. damn that is ridiculous! but yea some clips would be nice especially the helix 1 i'm still thinking about getting it.
i don't c many hardcore videos out there. even tho the Happy2bHardcore old skool with a bunch of scott brown tracks wsn't exactly an actual music video, i thought it was badass. i wish they made more of them like that one.

It's worth getting because it's unmixed JAL tunes really. Some good tracks on it, I'd recomend it.

I was hoping it would be unmixed. Some classics on there which I would enjoy & some good newer stuff as well such as Something Pure which I was trying to get hold of but couldn't find it anywhere! Is this for sell in HMV? I might go on a hunt for it!

just purchased this cd and can now confirm what i said in the first post i made (2nd post in this thread)
However!
not only is it the same as the Most Uplifting Vocal Anthems VHS tape...
it also has the music video (and it is actually a music video) to Triple J - Follow The Sun
:)
original Most uplifting post with video:

well, had a request for a sample of what is on the "Most Uplifting Vocal Anthems" Video
which is avalible to buy at http://justanotherlabel.info/shop/;/merchandise/
there are 5 songs on the video, each clip here is roughly 30secs long the quality is only as good as VHS...from 1996 :)
pics of the actual video
as the tracklists and label are the same it may be fair to think that "complete hardcore" has the same video on it - im going to buy it when i get back from my holiday so i will tell you for sure :)
