Coz i've tried 1000 times to change it to GMT+10 for Sydney... but for some reason it doesn't work. I go back to my profile and it asks me to select it again and nothing changes...
Is this just for me... ? Or am i doing something wrong?

The setting is probably locked from the Admin side.

That and several other profile features are broken for me and do that.
