There's a line. On one end is the typical hardcore you hear today. On the other side, is hardcore that's more powerful than an atomic bomb!

What are some tracks you know of that cross that line? Kick you in gut?? That kind of thing???

Two I can think of are
Brisk & Ham - Gettin' Down
Scott Brown - This Is How We Do It

As far as non-gabber hardcore goes, almost everything by Lost Soul within the last couple of years.

Headhunters??? :D Their pretty good, but I don't know about being atomic bomb hardcore but to me, it's harder than Happy Hardcore. :)

I concur.

Kurt - Straight from the Underground.

The bass in that track is just out of this world.

I'm looking mainly for non-gabber tracks. Scratch that.

good idea of a topic rayovac.

Brisk & Ham's Gettin' Down indeed makes me completely lose it on stage everytime I play it. I start trashing around uncontrollably instantly, and not that many songs do that to me!

Other songs by Brisk & Ham also seem to have that kind of impact on me, in a very powerful way:

Brisk & Ham - Sounds Legit
Ham - Pay Attention

I really wish for more songs of that kind from them someday, but hey, times change, and people move on.

hell yea love that song!!!!!

also, I think White Widow by HB & Ponder was definitely 1 of those that is definitely more powerful when it 1st came out and stood out to me.

it's a shame it wasn't really popular to most people
