Hey everyone, was hoping some of you could help me ID this track. It's not exactly happy hardcore, well not at all actually. But this is a great site and has some knowledgeable people on it, so I hope you guys could be some help. I got it from a friend and he THINKS he has the artist correct but I'm not entirely sure. Here it is.
