Hi, I'm not sure who I should be talking to about this, but 2 and a half or 3 weeks ago I bought 5 records off of this site, and they haven't made it down here yet. Tom from imorecords.com is not replying to any of my emails, and I'm starting to think I got scammed. This is very unfortunate, as i would have bought many records from you guys. Can anyone from this site help me out?

I'm pretty sure you will have to be contacting IMO and not HH.com though, not sure what Silver can really do as IMO is not his shop.

Well I've tried to contact IMO many times and they insist on not replying to me...I'm starting to think I got scammed.

I'm just wondering why my records have not arrived as it usually does not take this long? I've never ordered from them before so thats why I am just kind of sketchy...I've been ripped off by a few sites before so I'm just curious as to if these guys are for real or not, and from what you guys are telling them they are so I guess I should continue to wait I suppose?

i think silver likes to deal with all orders / problems with orders placed through hhc.com from what i remember he seems a lot more responsive than imo so even more reason to get in touch with him

3 weeks is beyond a joke, i have bought for imo in the past and know they are legit but if i was waiting 3 weeks and no reply to my emails i'd contact my credit card provider and get my cash back, obviously i would not shop with imo again!
i don't buy much hardcore vinyl anymore, mostly house and hardstyle but chemical, juno and recess.nl is some of the best shops around!

Well I've PMed silver anyhow...the thing is I've ordered off many sites like 24-7vinyl.com and bangingtunes.com and they came within 2 weeks so I just find it a bit odd that it's been 3 weeks and they won't even reply to any of my emails to atleast assure me.

Seconded, If you ordered through Happyhardcore.com, contact silver. If you ordered through IMOrecords, this site has no control over the order.

what post did you select? could just be in the mail still
in the 90s when I didn't have money I would always choose the cheapest post & it could take 3 to 4 weeks to get it.

If you ordered from http://shop.happyhardcore.com you need to email us to handle your order... contact [email protected] and we'll sort it, we can't help you if you contact a different store.
I personally answer all emails straight away, and if it will take time to get back to you I will let you know.

analogdreams, i've known silver a few years now and he's a top geezer, he'll get you sorted but you just gotta follow the proper channels. don't give up on the store though, it needs our support to survive.
don't give up hope though, it could have also gotten caught up in customs as well. it happens from time to time.

no need to jump to conclusions and soil the reputation of imo, either...
i've ordered records from there a number of times and never had any problems. always reasonable shipping (even overseas) and i've had damaged records replaced free of charge. highly recommend them..
