One of my uni friends played me this song and I have no idea where it came from but i do remember some of the lyrics. Please take a look and help me

Life has its different twists and turns, I walked my paths and I and I began to learn, it’s not always as simple as A to B, I looked ahead but you but you were blinding me.

I hope deep down that you can feel some shame for you took my life and caused me so much pain, you knocked me down I had to go away and hide, if only you could have been there right by my side.
