I cant giv much detail as i dont have me afterdark tape on me with which this song is on, but i can rememba that sum of the words are
Get of your house and never get on it again(thats wot it sounds like)
and also it sez get up and show the essence of bein a man, you know that you know what you do. i think thats it but with it bein a rappy old tape its hard to work out the lyrics

News Update i have the tape with me, Hallelujah, now just to find da song.....................
get up your house coz that it dont mean a thing...get up what you call the essence of being a man (beat kicks in)When you know that you know that you do....get up your house an neva get on it again. tune n beats carrys on playing. then theres a breakdown....... then .....get up your house coz that u dont mean a thing (dont quite know exactly the words on that bit) then.... get up the essence of what you call the essence of being a man.... when you fallin you know yes you know i feel u do. so get up your house n never get on it again. then the tune starts building up in the backround then the beats kick in......... then it basically repeats near enuf.
its a female singer. and it is a buzzin track.
The Tape itself has Dj Scott, MC Techno T and MC G-Force
