I have tried to send one e-mail to that address and it came back to me, just sent another one. I think we deserve an explanation regarding this ban.

Im keen to see how this goes out. Seems someone must have done that ban on purpose, Kath and Mortis couldnt have done anything wrong!

We have had an explanation from Kel regarding my ban although its been all 1 sided and i was told i couldnt give any other reasons as to what had happened cos basically Kel had already made his mind up about me.

Can you get involved and sort it out silver? Id be moving servers if there was a plank like kel running my chat room. Im sure you can get someone else to sort you out

Apparently the ban has been lifted.
I personally will not be using the chatroom in future, I've never been a big user of it as it is, now it's a total no go for me. I don't particulaly like Kathryn using it but I can't stop her, it is after all a free world.
I am still waiting a response from the e-mail I sent to Kel, no reply.
For the record, from what Kathryn has told me the ban was put on by the people we thought it was and for the reason we thought it was. It seems that you can't even defend your wife in an internet chatroom without being accused by people for things you think never happend (I was a bit drunk at the time), I would like Kel to produce some kind of evidence of the said incident.
To sum up, it seems like it's a massive case of hypocrisy at work here, people can say all sorts of really nasty things on a consistent basis to one member of the chatroom but when someone stands up to them asking for an explanation as to why they behave in such a way they get the person banned.
Like I say, if I can see some kind of log to show to me that what was reported to have been said actually was said...then I will appologise to the said parties and put an end to this whole sorry affair.
It seems that three years of being a dedicated member of the forum counts for nothing when it comes to the chatroom, it's one rule for one and one for another.

Personally, I think you're throwing horse shit on the wrong people.
There is only ONE person that's a Moderator both on the forum and the chat, and that's Silver. And I know that he's not online to check up things there, because he lives in Japan.
Other than that, the Chat is basicly it's own place (run by other people), so other than it's "owned" by Silver, there is no single connection between it and and the forum.
Like Kel here, he's a server administrator on this particular IRC network, and since his mail is in the k-line message, I guess he handles bans aswell. He isn't registered to the forum, since, other than Silver has a channel on said network, it's not connected to the site (so by moving the toopuc to site problems forum, imo it's abit missleading).
I dont know why Kel isn't replying to his mails, since he's usually online.
Anyways, under the 2 last couple of days before the ban, I cant seem to find anything that has to do with I think the reason might be. But the last time I noticed it got heated, it really did get heated. There where many ill words from both sides (which ended with Kathryn leaving the chat and Mortis entering). This is the only occurens I've personally met.
but as I said before, I will upload logs from when i was connected to the chat. I only added the logs for 20th of july to the 25, since the ban seems to have gone into effect late 25th (european time)

I also was banned from the chat room. I was hardcore1205. I don't know how I've been banned and I DIDEN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG! Could someone please unban me?
