I've had one hit so far. If my account ever does get the full three and is suspended, I will probably contest it.
I will be seriously screwed if my account gets deleted. Almost 400 videos on there now. And it'll be especially hard to take since the whole reason behind what I'm doing is spreading free - legitimate - tunage. Yes, there's quite a lot of bootlegs involved - but they're being released as free, so there's a small chance I'd be able to make that argument stick if it came to it.
I'll have to take a closer look at the YouTube terms and conditions and legal small print one day.

It's owned by google, so terms and conditions are that they can do whatever they like.

You have absolutely nothing to fear. I have uploaded a plenty of Hardcore tracks before and it's impossible to get problems like that. Except for some Dougal, Gammer, Styles, Breeze and Hixxy. U know, the big fellas.
