Not that I listen to it all the time, but I have been to a few events as late... is it just me or does the harder end of hard house now starting to sound like Gabba?

it's all starting to sound the same and it's getting a bit boring now. that's over here tho,maybe the whole scene's different at your end of the world

the hardhouse that is going to like as gabba is called here hardstyle now.
and it is giong to be another new stream one of many.
also mauriopicoitto ar marco v are now playing it and they do also techno now so it think everything is going crossover now.

Hardhouse over here like Mouse said it's just all sounding exactly the same which is making it very poor. Used to like it but really anymore.

it sounded great when it first came out tho sy didn't it?
i was talking to quite a well know hard house dj and he said it still has loads of energy in it but it's getting a bit boring,so he started spinning funky house as well as hard house

there's a lot of uk hardhouse or even hard trance being produced with heavy distorted kickdrums and gabber-ish synth lines...
definitely a welcome change from the hard house of a few years ago with the sped up samples and stupid hoovers....

Yeah mouse when it was more underground (i mean it was never totally underground like hardcore) it sounded good but I think it's been hit with the commercial side of house and now hardhouse is very popular and played in loads of clubs, has loads of compilation cd's out in the shops etc etc.
