He speaks the truth. Despite the extreme awesomeness of both genres (yes, I'll admit it. I love funky house, though not RnB) they were not made for mixing. In any way shape or form.

I don't understand what you mean by Funky house isn't for mixing! When you put a funky house set together the tracks blend beautifly & so just like hardcore it keeps the heads bobbin! After all, every sort of 4/4 beat that we know, came straight from the Chicago House Scene! Talking of Hardcore & House, I would much rather hear different styles of hardcore mabey funky house lol I don't know but at least it would a change from the constant trance sound which we listen to today!
