Who attended the Rezerection back in 93-97, biggest and best rave in Scotland? What are your memories? Youtube has some nice videos of some of the music played there, and it wasn't soft!

I didnt go to any of the events but i've heard most of the tape's. Bass Generator woz awesome back then but i haven't heard about him since the millennium. This might help....

Sadly i was too young but growin up were i did the tapes and videos were pretty much all we listened to.
Youtubes good for some clips but should try get full videos and dvd's. Always funny spottin folks you no off there lips.
But yes musicwise i think it was the best, international lineups of all best techno, hardcore, jungle and allsorts.
Cant seem to move on from it musicwise, listen to a lot of new music but with hardcore is as if they had it perfected back then and it jus cant be done better and any changes are for the worse. All just my opinion but never found anything (bar couple haston 3 deck sessions) that comes close to it for me.

Was to young myself but had all the tapes also!
I use to love bass geanerator to, but all i can think now when i hear the tapes is WTF he is absolute shit on the decks. His beat matching in terrible! He does play some great tunes tho!
