No No NO! It would not be a good idea to legalise it at all! Aside from the fact that "the munchies" could generate obesity, there are also problems with mental health associated with this drug! Even though people say that it isn't addictive, you become reliant on it.

I do agree however, with doctors being able to precribe it for major illnesses, i.e parkinsons disease, as its supposed to help with the tremours that these poor people have to live with day in day out. Other than that, it is a drug and therefore should be treated as one!

And as has been said, there are also problems with tobacco and alcohol, but to ban these now would be next to impossible but should be with out a doubt!

So can we ban alcohol and tobacco then. Both damaging to your health and both addictive.

Yes.

I'm going to start a petition now!

I used to go and buy up to £5 - £10 worth of chocolate, crisps etc after a smoke sometimes :S I was a tubby kid. Soon as I stopped smoking I lost all the weight (3 stone!) hahaha.

TBH I don't think I could ever blame it on the skunk... I was just a fat greedy bastard. The only reason I stopped stuffing my face when I gave up skunk was because it was one of those turning points in my life... Trying to sort myself out like.

It's too easy to blame other things for making you fat. Obesity is caused by laziness/lack of exercise & greed, nout else.

For those saying Skunk has no negative effects... You couldn't be more wrong. Out of all the drugs I've done it's had the worst negative effects on my body and my mind. Paranoia, mass loss of memory, probably go as far as slight schizophrenia, ****ed lungs etc from smoking, turned me into an unsociable **** etc etc. This sort of thing can be minimised by less regular use etc but most people seem to end up smoking lots every day. I was on about a quarter a day at the end of my stint.

I guess this is why it can be worse that harder drugs. Chemicals really aren't suited to day to day use so it's pretty much impossible to hammer them quite as hard... It does happen obviously, just far less frequent.

Looks about right I'd say... Couple of surprises but near enough what I thought it should look like.

while i agree that cannabis can be pshycologically harmful, felt the effects slightly myself: paranoia, memory less, bein an anti-social git etc. i think it should b legalized cos people r gonna smoke it no matter n kids r gonna smoke it no matter wat. at least this way it can b controled n sold over the counter or watever, its much safer than 13 year old kids waitin on street corners for dealers who couldnt care less how old they r or wat they give 2 em.

Yes it's easy to say that... The truth is it's highly addictive (the most addictive drug I've ever taken) and it's a very easy drug to abuse.
