Advice

Dont pick passwords that are related to you. Dont pick passwords that are easily related to you using numbers instead of some letters.

Dont pick passwords related to the site.

Dont pick passwords like password1

Scan for malware/spyware on a regular basis

Your passwords should be different for every site and program. Ideally as long as possible and a random mixture of letters and numbers.

If you want to a record of your passwords on your pc incase you forget them. Keep them in a password protected zip or rar file

i always pick random words and then add numbers on the end so it could be like spongebob56678

Pick a password that had numbers letters capitols and characters, they are almost impossible to get
