Out of interest, has anyone else got this?
I just got their £10 a month package installed 2 weeks back, and had nothing but problems with it keep cutting out. Was wondering if there were any other members who use it, and if they've had similar probs.
Might I add, this was installed by one of Sky's Engineers, and has been stop start the majority of the time. Sky don't appear too bothered.

Have you upgraded your connection? (from 2mb to 8mb)
First time using broadband?

Previously had 1MB NTL installed, now have 16MB Sky, that is like AOL Dialup. Sky assured us before we started that everything would be fine. Nothing but lies, and last night they tried to charge me £65 to have an engineer come out and sort it. Takes the piss, and thinking of going back to NTL. Even they have better customer service.

Firstly use an online line tester to check the speed and the connection its self.
Record the test results and complete a few at different parts of the day.
If the results are not as expected try a different router/modem first. If its still not working as expected get onto sky and get them to get BT to test the line.
There is no way you should be paying if it hasnt worked properly since day 1.
You might be having problems as you have changed over to max and it will need a few weeks to sinc properly.
