Yes because what you need in an army is unlawfull disobedient people



I doubt the majority would stay that way for very long, and if they did it wouldn't be tolerated... either way I reckon it would have more of a positive effect on the whole than sending them straight to prison ...not that I really know what I'm talking about like ;)
