I am the guy in the Wizard's costume, and my hair is permanent blue. I had to take my hat off because it got so crowded, ppl's hands kept knocing it off!

The UK Hardcore fans dress up that way. Not everyone dresses in candy, some dress in cyber gear, others just dress casual. It's fun to dress up! Candy ravers are the biggest on the West Coast, and the North East, and pretty much in the middle USA, its pretty dead in the South East though.
