Aye. Thing is though Nintendo aren't selling any of this stuff any more... But I guess they are trying to launch there new system which has Nin' back cat. as a USP.

actually, Nintendo have always hated Emulators, and the utterly despice that people believe they have the right to use a ROM because of;
1) They own the game
2) the 24 hours rule
The 24 hour rule was created by older rom-sites to seem less illegal.
don't get me wrong about copyright, i utterly despice/hate it :P
