How do you lot cope with the change in season and weather this time of year?
I personally feel under the weather , down, depressed, and really lack motivation!
The run up to christmas is really straining and i hate shopping in stores now cos of all the xmas stuff and god help me when they start blasting the xmas tunes

yesterday was a tough day for me and i was really down in the dumps in the afternoon and crying e.t.c and my little lad came up to me and said 'you alright mum'?
Talk about feeling guilty for feeling so selfish!
How do you lot cope?

yeah winter time does get depressing... althought its just starting to get warmer here so i cant really complain :) but yeah the cold weather is a bit depressing, sudden change in weather also makes my muscles ache in stuff. mainly in the colder months.... it was 30 degrees today. thats pretty warm for this time of yr, but now the cool change has come through and my muscles are aching like crazy it sucks

I'm a summer baby so the winter time i really do hate! Also I do get a bit depressed because of all this godamn RAIN! It is annoying but keep your head up and don't let it get to you. I'm normally in a daze 24/7 so I don't really get depressed about anything apart from rain or if something crappy is happening in my life (really crappy!!!). I think winter sucks

Well im in a good mood! Going to the cinima later with my friend which I can't wait for. We are going with her Mum and her Mum's friend. Got a new phone, a new suit for college (lol) and despite the Bournemouth weather being gloomy, it aint all that bad! The only down side was the bus was late today and as per usual, it was an old single decker bus. Hardcore Heaven 4 has served me well and loving the Kevin Ebergy mix!
When times look bad, just remember that times would look good again!

i know how you feel kathryn, i've been depressed over the last couple of weeks, and with the weather changing it hasn't helped (but luckily it's quite nice down here today though).
i guess i haven't been myself lately, but hopefully if things turn out the way i think (and hope) they would then things should be alright for me.

Doesnt bother me, i enjoy shovin an overally big coat on, christmas is a bitch tho whenever you plan on going sumwhere or geting something you remember your mums scented candles needs buyin from marks and spencers for xmas

I used to get down in the winter, in particular Christmas. Hopefully this year I won't have a reason to get down or feel lonley on Christmas.

i love winter, as long as im not out in the cold, then i get depressed! there is nothing nicer than cuddling up on the sofa with a massive blanket and the fire going watching tv in your undies!!
