When I first graduated highschool I thought college was just a normal thing to do. After a year and a half of college I treated it just like highschool and wasn't taking it as serious as I should have been. Eventually dropped out and took on a full time job. Did that for another year, and finally about 3 weeks ago I started going back. Hopefully I can appreciate my opportunities more this time around.
Got a C++ programming class in about 30 mins, peace.

The usual tripe, waking up to the industrial town that is Wigan. Really itchy beard + ball-pouch. I hate the people at my college, and thank goodness i've only got one year left

I miss college
nexus an easy way to appreciate college is to work a customer service job while you're going through it...made me want to graduate and get a job where I didn't have to deal with stupid people =P

I think i have just ****ed up my chance of going to college. Today was the day i had to go in for a introduction, whooops well might as well get a job. then go next year
was only going to Re-Sit gcse's anyway

I know what you mean Brain K. Everyone needs somthing to give them inspiration. What did it for me was seeing the people at my work, stuck at $10-$15 an hour with no chance for college or skills to get another one.
You can live off somthing like that fine over here (which is what I was planning to do for my life), but i was always....

Yeeeeah I'm in my freshman year even though I'm 28. I fd up on the placement test and so I'm in "Math 98". It's okay, I'm sorta getting what I used to know... Really it's easy as hell but my last quiz I got a 64 out of 100 (D+) because I couldn't read the board (even though I was sitting in the front)... It's my fault, I have glasses but I don't like to wear them because my eyes seem to get worse. But don't let your studies get in the way of your partying, if I had a residency I would quit school... But for now I'm just a hobgoblin...

i go to university... same thing as college right? anyway... high school/college/university are the best days of your life! enjoy it while it lasts i finish my B.A this yr and next yr im going to be working in the UK hopefully will go to the states first, then a bit around europe before i base myself in the UK

seems like i have had the longest summer of my life. Not been to college since 21st june i think it was, still not back now, start again on monday, 9.00-13.00 haha

Well last monday was my first day back (i've had a 3 year break)
I was very happy the full day i walked around i look left saw a rare bitch then turn right and saw a even rarer bitch!!! Then the pub for a quick drink at lunch full of beautiful ladys

i had to come back a week early coz i've taken up another AS level... but it was only for an hour a day which kinda sucked coz it seemed pointless!
the first years keep getting in the way because they dont know where to go, what to do, where to stand, and who to stand with!
but then i remembered that i used to do that, and i laugh to myself as i make my way to my lessons :)
it's just the same old same old for me now though, college 9-4.30, work 5-9, and living on chocolate. god i hate being a student...
