It's wrong in the same way as ripping vinyl and selling it on.
Or copying a CD then taking it back to the shop
Or doing the same with a DVD.
Once you get rid of the copy you bought, it's no longer yours.

So, what should I have done when I got all my music on the computer with over 200 CDs?
