I heard this rumor more than once. That the black soul songs that originated from slaves in America have found some of their lyrics into Happy Hardcore.
Is there any truth to this? Maybe a few songs? Maybe just in older hardcore? Or is this just whack garbage?

I'm guessing whack garbage
however, some 'soul songs' were originally made by white people that converted to religion...but refused to give up their slaves =P

some songs that people associate with black soul music were written by white people who owned slaves and found salvation from their lives in religion, but refused to give up their slaves. religions usually frown on slavery hence the irony =P
