Of course its something compared to other countries. There are still people living in poverty in this country. That is more worrying surely as we have one of the top ten economys in the world.

and he is more worried about drugs on the streets than he is of kiddy fiddlers and rapists, its ****in stupid.
and why are we payin high taxi's, there aint much to do in out country anymore so all of our cash is goin in the queens pockit.
we works for our money and she uses it to wipe her ass with.

Despite what most people think, the Queen actually does alot for this country and works longer than most people, apparently she spends more time on her feet each day than the average guard outside the palace.
She's flying about all the time meeting representatives and raising money for charitys, i have alot of respect for her and I'm sure she wouldn't let Mr. Bush make her his bitch like Antony seems to be doing these days...

i am not saying that i am not greatful where i live, because we do have a great country but if it keeps going the way its headed then we are going to end up like the rest of these countries.

The Queen doesnt earn any money. She is kept by the civil list.
the money is spent on a vast number of things.

How about we pay Homeless people to pick up litter. The money they earn could go towards shelter. They wont however because they would rather spend the money on alcohol.(generalisation i know)
How about people on benifits help the homeless people or are forced to take any job on offer in the case of people on the dole. (obviously not all people on benefits.)

this is the first and only time my missus does a post on HHC! but she has got a point! the taxes she mentioned was not about petrol only! she has worked in the past in care homes, which are now full of anyone apart from the UK (the old people in these care homes are old fashioned) try get a dentist on the NHS! even the polish are going private! anyone under the age of 18 does what the f**k they like! and her brother is in IRAQ at the mo why is he there?

yeh we pay high tax to but i think you guys r forgetting that this helps wif other stuff to lyk our health care centre, (even though it's a bit fcuk up atm) lyk we have a safty net if we ever get injured or watever (medicare levy) even if we r in another country say denmark we can go there n get fixed up for lyk free or watever ,i think uk to ( us doesn't have this system which i strongly think they should have) but taxes also helps to built tunnels (lol) roads ect which many other countrys doesn't
