I signed up to use knujon for reporting spam a couple of months ago and although it's taken a little while, out of the 21 spam sites I've reported, 7 have now been shutdown. I haven't had any spam for a few days now.

How does it work? I get 200 spams a day, but after that bluefrog thing I can't see how any of these systems will work.

You just sign up as a betatester, then you simply forward all your spam to the email address they give you. They do the rest, I'm not sure exactly what they do, but they seem to be able to shut spam sites down.
