If your a new label talk to IMO Distribution, but most distributors wont take on new labels unless you have a ways of promotion or your artists are famous.
They will also tell you to get your tracks signed to other labels before you start your own label. It's easy to start your own label if you have the money so unless your tracks are getting signed with other labels you know your tracks are not good enough.

^^^ Amato at the moment sell the most hardcore but they wont take on every label under the sun you have to show them you have a means of promotion and selling the records as they dont want to take on dead stock.

Silver is right, in order to get on a distrobuter such as Amato, you must first
be established and shown that your tracks will sell.
This is becuase the distrobuter will have dead stock if they do not sell.
As much as you would like to start your own label destiny, you will probably
be in the same boat as many others and have to start with signing tracks to
other labels first before you can find a distrobuter that will be worthwhile for
you and also have faith in you for selling records.
I remember before we signed Higher State to Amato, we had to go for
meetings with them etc first, and chat through what we wanted and also
what they wanted, plus what we felt we would be happy with etc for sales.
Its not as easy as press a record, sign a contract and away you go...
ultimately I would say that the distrobuter has the say on wether your tunes
are good enough for release.
I would recommend Amato over any, but last I heard, they were not taking
any more labels on within hardcore.
