You need to make up your own mind because I don't know these people myself so with that said I would go for the RGY color one just because the dude gives more information and the scan angle is higher.
The other guy says stuff like "This laser can output two different patterns at the same time, you can have a large tunnel with a rotating beam inside"
Which leaves me to believe he knows nothing about lasers because technically all lasers should be able to do that with blanking.
Ask the color RGB guy if the laser has blanking, it is not 100% important for lser beam shows but still good to have. Blanking turns the laser off and on in the milliseconds so that if you display a graphic on the wall or something there is no line connecting the graphics
eg. the word help looks like this with no blanking
H_E_L_P
with blanking
H E L P
you get what I mean I think.
Also find out about warrenty and replacement parts, a laser is a just like a light globe they get weaker and weaker the more you use it, after 2-3 years (depending on useage) you will have to replace the laser head itself (the part that makes the beam) with a new one.
Don't forget you still need to buy a control system, this does not come with one.
