It pisses me off when I am at work and a member of the public in a wheelchair or with cruthces or a family with a pushchair or something similar has a go at ME about the fact we do not have a lift to the store upstairs. and then they complain that it is illegal. Well, sorry people, I study health and social care, so I have a hell of alot of empathy for these customers, but I know it is not illegal! the legislations say that in big companys like ours, a certain percentage of our stores must have lifts, not all of them! And as shops like topshop and miss selfriges are all part of the company group, we don't need a lift, because they have one and they are just up the way in the shopping centre!

not sure if its been mentioned cause i havnt had time to read the whole thread, but i FCUKING HATE it when you phone up for customer services and get through to some stupid cnut in pakistan that can hardly speak english and dosent know what the hell they are talking about because they are saying whatever the pc tells them to.
if you have BT Broadband you will know exactly what im talking about!!

ye ive had to do it twice now, the second time i ended up throwing the phone against the wall. i just cant stand it

mobile phones going of in the library or on the bus and you can hear everything thats said in the conversation 
or kids/teenagers on the back of the bus playing the micky mouse shite on their mobiles or MP3 players thats so annoying!

i hate it when in the ladies toilets, someone leave piss in the seat.
i hate it when someone cuts me off in the lane without an indicator, that really shits me.
i can't stand people telling me they will meet me at a certain time and then they are half an hour late and make up some stupid story. i realy hate waiting.
i hate it when people can't answer a simple yes or no question, ITS SIMPLE!!!! it can only be 1 or the other, whats so hard about that?
and i hate it when people push in front of me when i am waiting to buy a beer at the club or the pub! what the hell....

At this moment in time hate everything! This is due to me being sat in an Office and its red hot outside!
Otherwise i hate it when im waiting to park somewhere and there is a women driver trying to park and it blocks the road for a good 5min's!

i hate it when im on the phone to a customer who has direct debit setup for their services and they get a notice saying their card was declined. I say maybe your credit card has expired while they continue to go on and on about how there are thousands and thousands of dollars on the card, and once i sugges their card has expired theyre like OH NO, NO MY CARD DINT EXPIRE... and then i check their records and the card expired... and theyre like oh but the card number is still the same..... WELL YES BUT WE ALSO NEED THE CORRECT EXPIRY DATE PEOPLE
