hope the bad times pass quickly.
would offer some advice but just about everything has been said plus i'm a moron so it wouldn't help.

Yep, agreed! Si, DMS and Emma have always been around when I've needed them.... and they're all (with the obvious exception of Emma ;-) ) too modest for their own good! very sad to read about your problems at the minute! but i'm sure your tough enough to see it through! and I've got 2 kids so know that anything life throws at you, when you see that smile on their face you just know why its all worth the struggle! the best part of my day is when is when I come home from work and pick them up from nursuary! their reaction when they see me is just amazing! I'm sure your kids need you to be strong for them, especially your lad! but also feel safe when your around them! all I can say is never be scared of the future, give yourself a purpose, and look forward to every special day that your kids will bring!
