Dunno about funniest thing i've ever seen but got a hilarious story similar to that.
Mate of mine ended up temproarily paralysed after falling from a drainpipe and was put in a wheelchair.
Anyway in the pub one day havin a few jars another mate asked if he could get a shot of the wheelchair, my mate in the chair said alrite and jus popped himself up on the bar while other lad took a spin on the chair.
So the boy was goin nuts on the wheelchair spinnin it like mad, tried to drive it towards the toliets but crashed into someone and ended up on the floor  .
Anyway most the pub looked around to see what was happening and the guy he'd crashed into turned around in shock trying to help him up.
Just as the guy tried to help him up the boy jumped up out the fallen chair and shouted in front of everyone "IT'S A MIRACLE, I CAN WALK"
Place went mad and he got barred but was funny at the time.

ive got quite a list but here's the funniset thing i saw...
it was when i when paintballing with my I.T. class from college two years ago. out of the whole class there was a half blind guy and another guy in a wheelchair, now i don't know about you lot but the concept of an half blind guy and a guy in a wheelchair going paintballing gave me a little bit of a chuckle (even though i shouldn't do).
anyway we just finish the first round when we were going back to sort our paintball guns out when i heard a bit of a ruckus behind me. i turn around and saw that one of the guys was pushing the wheelchair guy and he fell forward resulting in the wheelchair guy falling backwards, oh how i laughed.
mind you i didn't laugh later in the second round when the half blind guy got hit in the face with a paintball pellet really hard.

Ah, I have many hillarious things that have happened to me, but they are all moment where you would hav pe to be there to see the complete hilarity of it all. Oh well, I'll share them anyway.
1.) I was walking in the mall with my friends, and we were cracking up for some reason or another. We walk up to this kiosk, and we r still laughing like crazy people. I pick up a hair clip and am looking at it, while still cracking up, and my friend told me something that got me laughing even harder, and i ended up accidentally poking myself in the eye with the hair clip. The woman at the kiosk looked at me like I was crazy. What was even worse, was we were trying to walk away from the boutique, but my shoe was stuck to the ground with gum, so i was just lifting my foot trying to get it off for like 5 minutes, while still laughing, and the woman now thinks we are totally off our rockets. So we finally walk off, and of course to make matters worse, i fall flat on my face. The woman thought i was totally messed up. iT was the most embatrrasing, but most hillarious trip to the mall.
2.) My second hilarious moment was when my sister pantsed me in public. That was embarrasing, but hillarious.
3.) My third hillarious moment was when my friend was getting a piggy back ride on an older girl, and she slipped off of her back. When she was slipping down, she accidentally pulled the girl's skirt down in front of everyone. To make matters worse, she was wearing some kinky underwear.
I have many more moments, but these are enough for now. LOve you all!

heheh well i didnt see the whole thing... but witnessed most of it lol.... its a bit of a read but well worth it...
i was at my local shops where i used to work in the supermarket, and went to go to the ladies bathroom. Anyway on my way there was all this commotion and a lady is walking down the corridor brushing off all this dust and stuff from her jacket and she is all in shock and stuff....
She went to the bathroom and a peeping tom who was hiding up in the roof fell through and fell on her (which is why she was wiping all the dust off her jacket) LOLOLOL.... and everyone is standing in the corridor and some other lady is like "i saw a man run out and he was saying, hey apparently someone fell through the roof".
LOL so the shop cleaners were there checking out how he got up there, and he had gone through the disabled toilets, climbed up the vent and got to the females toilet... there were all hand prints against the wall lol.... and i was just standing around coz i knew the cleaners and stuff so we were all just laughing and amazed at how this guy got there and he fell through the roof
anyway apparently after the cops checked it out they found empty hotdog wrappers and milkshake cups (there is a wendy's in the mall LOL) and beer bottles... he must have been going up there for days LOL
definitely one of the funniest things ive ever seen... lol that could have been me that peeping tom fell on!
