i was walking with 1 of my m8s yesterday and he puts some music on his fone! and it was "dj not got a clue" who the fu*k is that! it just sounded like something cammy and rankin would do! all i can say is these sad so called dj's need to sort there heads out!

i would rather wait to get all good equipment and take time to produce songs, rather than jump in to it and take other peoples songs,speed them up and put my name on top!

Yeah but Chris dosent it not aggravate you when you hear these dj's mixing what we know as good produced hardcore tunes to cheesy shite micky mouse sounding vocals that are just awful!
I would be gutted if i had the talent and skill to mix and produce my own Hardcore tune to have it ripped to bits and mixed over with pure Rankin or Cammy like styles!
I mean whats the label Disney productions cause its all Micky Mouse meets the Chipmunk sounding shite!

Sometimes it can sound good, but to get a well produced hardcore tune and totally mess with the vocal's and all that, it's not fair.

Most of the tunes they use already sound cheesy and shite to me anyway, so a few extra samples doesnt offend my ears much worse.
Even if they done it to my favourite tunes i'd jus laugh and see it for what it is, a few kids havin a bit of fun.

Aye it would piss me off then, but i let these talented producers look after themselves they dont need me chattin constant crap about it on a website.
What goes around comes around aswell, a lot of the same producers who are gettin ripped off by the scottish bootleggers rip off samples from all kindsa genres.
God the amount of hardcore thats lifts full vocals from trance, makina, pop and basically everything else is unbelievable.
A lot of uk hardcore fans genuinely believe the hardcore producer created this work 100%, not much different to wen rankin fans think he makes the vocals.
I could name loadsa people favourite hardcore tracks that have ripped off a major part from other tunes, but who cares it's always been a part of dance music and sometimes it creates dam good tunes.
Infact i enjoy making remixes and if i wanted to lift full vocals or anything i would, Orca "4am"'s an example of an absolute masterpiece done this way.
Just because we think what they do is shite doesnt mean other people cant like it.
As i said i think nearly all uk hardcores wank but i dont sit making threads on the internet cussing people who like it, everyones taste in music is different and some kids obviously like what the bootleggers do to tracks.

I may have said this already but just in case I haven't ;) Problem I find with it is I devote a large portion of my spare time and money to music production. Fair enough you could say using 'pellas is as bad as what they do but it's not so much the vocals that bother me... Producing decent music from scratch is a bloody hard thing to do, when you learning to do it properly and getting nowhere fast and people doing this "bootlegging" are getting recognition it kinda pisses you off that people would rather listen to "bootleg" tat than real artists trying to push through... I guess you could just say oh well it's just a few kids who don't know better but unfortunately these days this doesn't always seem to be the case :s And when it is the case what "musical talent" can we possibly look forward to if these kids aren't educated in the matter?
That's my perspective on things anyhow... I do agree though that there is no need for daily topics on here though.
