As you all know (if you read any of my posts) i always catch up with this website on my mobile phone. Well now i cant read up anymore as the formats changed for 3rd time since i first came on here. I have pm'd Silver regarding this and he now says its not designed for mobile access but i have always been able to read up on the latest news, peoples posts and new topics. It was part of my daily routine firstly coming to the library to use the P.C and then paying £1 a day to browse the internet on my mobile. I can load happyhardcore.com but cant get any further than the first page!
Its not fair as i cant afford to by my own computer and now i cant even read up on my mobile. Its all changed since this website updated. 
I have contacted my mobile phone network provider who says the problem is not with them but with the website i am trying to view.
To rub salt into the wound, am not even gonna be able to read any replies to this on my phone 
Am limited to time when i can come on here as i said i use library P.C's

Gutted, their's not much been going on on here as of late anyway. I'll keep you up to date on any drastic posts

As for browsing the net, you could probally pick up a really crap pc that would still allow you to browse the net, it would save you £1 a day as well!

kathryn, you sure you cant read the topics on your mobile? Have you tryed accessing straight into www.happyhardcore.com/forums also it might be a parental issue (the site name has Hardcore innit) so you might also try out www.happyhard.com if that would work? Just a thought.

thats the best way! you could pick up a pc and monitor for about £60-80, a modem for £5. internet connection for a year (dialup) can be had for about £10 a month
thats a £85 one off payment, and then £10 a month installments for your internet

The site has not been designed for mobile, I wouldn't be super hard to setup, just create new templates etc, but like I said in the PM the site is not designed for anything besides PC's at this point, it's not a feature we took away.

What i meant to say is i know i wont get the format that is on here like pics or the black background!
When i do manage to access the site i just get plain writing with a white background and the basic format of posts and topics!
Does that make sense?
I also know that i cant reply to posts or go into my profile but it does let you read up on posts,events and new topics!
Since the update on the forum its changed also with regards to logging onto to access Happyhardcore.com via my mobile!

I think the point Kath is trying to make is the fact that she used to be able to see/use the site on her mobile (I know, I've ssen it on her phone), but since the site has been updated she can no longer access it on her phone. It matters not if the site is designed to cater for mobiles, she used to be able to use it anyway, now she can't.
