I'm sooo mad right now because my mum last night was arrested I mean, she's back at home but now I'm being questioned tomorrow, am I allowed to swear infront of police ?? THE POLICE NEED TO SORT THEM SELF OUT THEY ARRESTED THE WRONG PERSON !! THE TWATS

Ive Had Some Crap Problems With The Police Aswell.
eg 2Weeks Ago I Lost My Mobile Up Town, The Man Who Found It Gave It To The Police And I Still Havnt Got It Back. They Wont Even Tell Me Why not.
I Swear The Police Are Just There To Piss Us Off.

there far from perfect believe me i no, but they do a lot more good than bad.
Chrissy you can swear at them but they might charge you with breach of the peace, or make something up about you to charge you with something worse if you get lippy. Police can get away with pretty much what they want like that cos when its your word vs there's they'll listen to them everytime.
In the interview room you can say what you like, but it'll get recorded and quoted back in court.
So if your all "f*ckin scummy bastards, i hate you c*nts" it might get read back in court and not help your ma if things go that far.
A mate of mine was charged with assault and had problems with that, basically jus shoutin and swearin "he threatened to stab my wee cousin so i booted f*ck out the c*nt, and what".
Jus with the judge and jury makes them think your guilty or a thug even if your not, it's shit but jus keep calm and dont let them bully you or twist your words whatever they try

Well if I typed out eveything what happened I think I mite be here all night lol but basically she got arrested when she was not allowed to,as they had only got our side of the story and a bit of the others yet still arrested her and then I had threating things sent to me on msn and like a phone call basically sayin shit to me so I lashed out on the phone and just had a massive row with the person but the bad thing is the person on the phone was my aunt haha the biatch and the person threatning over msn was my cousin so it bascially shows how twisted things are.
And if I was to tell you what happened I would be on here all night lol so at 5 tomorrow I'm gettin questionned grt! and the the police will get a earful of me but in a polite way I think lol so hope I do stay calm

Thats just the equivalent of being 'taken into custody' Whenever something happens (even though i dont know your WHOLE story) police will take some people down to their station for questioning/getting the facts straight. The simple fact that your mom is home means that she wasnt necessarily 'arrested' more like detained.
If you say that they have the wrong person or whatever, they'll find that out when you give 'your' side of the story. but dont sound mad or rude, youll lose credibility in an instant.

certainly doesn't sound like being arrested. the truth will come out sooner or later so don't worry about it. your mum had to be questioned about the incident she was just the unlucky one that was taken away in the middle of the night. not gonna drop her back off after they'd finished at 6am.

haha that jus reminded me of a hilarious story of a guy i used to no from where i grew up.
basically where we lived was in the suburbs and the station near us had its cells shut cos they were in such a bad state, so basically anyone arrested would be taken to a different station to be kept for however long about 4/5 miles away.
anyhow i cant even remember why he got jailed in the first place but was somethin petty and they let him out at daft o clock in the morning with no money for a taxi home and no way of gettin a lift.

but while he'd been arrested he was givin the two cops a lotta grief and been the loudmouth he is.
anyway it's illegal to walk along the motorway but i dunno if it was deliberate or not but right at the end of the 4 mile walk jus about to turn into our town from the junction, guess who drives past but the two cops who'd jus arrested him earlier.
hahahahahahahahahahaha they took him all the way back and arrested him for walkin along the motorway, thats harsh as you get but made me laugh so much.
mainly cos i didnt get on with him that great but you've gotta laff anyway, woulda been gutter i can jus imagine how he'd of felt seein there smug grins pullin over

a lotta cops are alrite i've known loads through gym and wen i did kickboxing who are some of the most honest, trustworthy, brave and decent people i've ever met.
but i no what some can be like on a powertrip, there good at confusing people and twisting your words and making them into somethin there not.
so jus take your time with all the questions and don't let them try and overpower you but dont lose the rag either

at the end of the day cops deal with real gangsters and maniacs day in day out, little 16 year old pissed up wannabe badboys deserve a smack about let them see what the real worlds like. this isn't sayin all 16 year olds are daft wannabes, some are as clued up as anyone you'll meet and no the score with everything.
