i use www.imageshack.us
its nice, once uploaded it gives you several links, in what "form" you want to post it. normal link, thumbnails, for your website,...
however, links for thumbnails dont work on this forum, its for phpBB/invision and such only.

i use image shack too i find it better than photobucket.
upload your image in image shack
here:
then it will come up with some link like these:
copy the link you wish to use and paste the link where the arrows are.
[ img] <> [/ img]
then your all done
