Quite honestly smoogie i dont think theres any reason i'd want to travel hours out my way to tell a load of country muppets from a wee estate that there town is strange.

not saying mad shit doesnt go on there and people wouldnt stab me soon as look at me but thats life it happens anywhere.

i'm not a hard man but after growing up in salford and glasgow i dont fear many people anymore, and i'm sure i've had blades coming at me from far more dangerous people than these "bourne" estate wasters.

you may think there the hardest folk out, they run there area and i'm sure it wouldnt be wise for people to go there looking for a ruck.

but at the end of the day drop there gang in estates in glasgow, london, liverpool, birkenhead, manchester, newcastle, sunderland , hull etc etc etc etc etc etc and they'd be crying all the way home

2BH a lto of them shoudl go to those areas to show them how weak they really are! They think that Poole is Ghetto-land! But it isn't, i'm just saying if you did go through the area, those are were some of the local bad boys live, but then there are worse in the counrty so I don't see why Dorset has gotten a Gehtto image in the last decade or so...

agree with you there totally, these wee towns can be dangerous in other ways though.

in cities the law and cctv have more prescence so i can understand it can be dangerous round there.

mainly jus bored kids who are misguided and look up to the wrong people, but some will have had harsh lifes.

but aye it's all relative theres always somewhere worse.

where i live now get a fair bit of trouble, so when i'm walking myself and see a big group acting c*nts and get paranoid i always think "at least it aint bosnia" or somewhere like that.

that was why the etc etc etc etc etc, i'm not an encyclopedia on the ghettos of britain lol

my granparents lived in aston when apparently it was still "nice", hahahaha aye it's defo changed.

i think crack and heroins a lot to blame for these things, was worse poverty in the past and always been problems with violence.

but people on them drugs dont care for anything, is bad how it just seems to get worse and people into it are getting younger

One thing with larger towns and cities is that the pilice just don't have the time to deal with 'petty crime and kids' so alot of things have gotten way out of hand! Small towns and villeges are differnt as local trouble makers afe often known as there be only one high school in the town and the police are often good at dealing with things as there would be less 'hard' drugs (such as smack and crack ect)

One thing with alot of smaller places is 'were bored and have nothing to do' is an excuse kids use, but many would have never really seen a real mugging or a violent fight which are sadly, everyday life in many inner city sink estates!

smoogie man your talking sense in a few topics tonight, why cant you do this all time cos your a good conversation and i've nuff time for you when like this.

every towns got it's own story i jus remember a lot of the smaller towns scarin the shit out me when visiting people.

theres a very "dont trust outsiders" attitude that can mean like 2 stops away on the bus and there seemed no law at all. The hardest family in the town basically told everyone the rules, had total control of drugs prices and would break anyone elses legs that tried to undercut them.

I just remeber feelin if anythin happens to you out here nobody would here you scream.

One of my fav rab c nesbitt quotes is when they go out into one of these towns and jamesies about to start scrappin with some locals

rab "jamesie naw these guys wont jus stab you, they'll take you up the braes and shag ye"

i need to get that sampled into a savage speedcore tune

....and I see Em Jay as more English than British and

(mnmcandiez) certainly more British than European.

....and by the way Smoogie, this topic is about Em Jay, not you or bloody Parkstone. ; )

have to say it's as much my fault as his, went on a ramble there but such is life.

you start off talking about football and it ends up about some tv show you used to watch years back

the beauty of conversation

lol let's talk about Em Jay again, yeh, like I already siad, I don't know her but she seems to be one of those people you get along with. If she was at my college I bet all the lads would be asking for her number! Knowing me I would end up being good mates, talking about Hardcore, arguing who the best DJ is and end up getting married and having kids called Scott, Ian, and of course Lil Em
