Yeah but lets not forget what moderation means. Most people who think they drink in moderation get ****ing plastered twice a week, this is very bad for you. You don't have to drink everyday to be an alcoholic.

I'm only 19 and I nowadays I never go out and get really pissed anymore. It's not just the fact I can handle more than from three years ago, but my body doesn't like alcohol at all and I used to gat really bad hangovers, like I would be chucking up til 3 in the afternoon. I just get drunk enough to have a laugh and stop, its cheaper and I don't feel like crap the next day.
As Bulby said, you don't have to drink everyday to be an alcoholic. I have a mate who at every weekend who just got so drunk and he would end up passing out at the end of the night. My other mates have started to think hes an alcoholic.

Hi,
I'm from holland and alot of drugs are being taken at raves there (DOH) :P
I also take drugs once in a while (only pills and speed)
From my own and other experiences they don't **** you up if you use them and don't let the drugs use u!
Some pills once in 3 months won't **** up your brain, so what you got a nasty hangover, you really had a great time.
Oh and btw, I have to say alcohol is the greatest destroyer of all.
I hate it when people say : I don't take drugs, only drink alcohol.
Alcohol = DRUGS.
And yes Alcohol messes with your brain too.
Alcohol is addictive, XTC pills are not, so the choice was quickly made.

basically, if your going to smoke them or take them, make sure you dont lose controll and take over your life and if your scared that it might then dont take them or get your firends to watch how much you use and if they feel that your taking to much then LISTEN TO THEM.

This is the reason why I want to 'cut down' on drinking. Sure i'll be drinking later but I doubt I will even have an alcopop tomorrow as I will have work on Sunday. Last week I was pissed 3 times, and sure it was a laugh but I don't fancy going down the wrong road. As I always say, I don't do (other) drugs and would like to stick with that.

Advice of drug use should be for everyone not just youngsters. Drugs should be taken with an open mind and recreational and yes of course we all have an addict way of thinking so its hard to use every so often instead of on the daily. I won't discuss the drugs I favor b/c than it would just be mad. But all drugs are in my opnion to open your mind(most of them) on circumstances. Alcohol would hav eto be the worst drug next to crack/cocaine and go (but lets not diss on GO! lmao). Alcohol changes everyone for the worst and its a stupid toxin to ingest there is no good that comes from drinking. But eh drug advice is a lost cause so do drugs with an open mind. Welcome your high.

i wish our sweets were like ones over your way.
last time i raved in holland got a massive blue pill and a red one i halfed with my mate, off that 1 1/2 i was up all night loving life rushing my tits off. then when they came off me i still felt fine and ready for another days ravin.
over here you can do 6 or 8 or whatever and still be wanting more by end of night, get manky comedowns of paranoia i cant be arsed with it anymore.
